Chicago Web design styles

We are all witness of the constant growing number of web pages. Today the number of pages is so high that common design styles are being overused. But after all with a trillion unique URLs it is impossible to make a unique looking design. Everything is done previously, you cannot invent much on the given page space so today designers are focusing on bettering the content of the page instead of the design. Mainly three types of web pages designs are present. The left oriented pages, having the content displayed starting from a left alignment line, the center oriented pages mostly used on blogs where the main text is in the middle and the full width pages giving the main content of the page on the top of the page reducing the need for scrolling down.

Web designers today are trying to make web pages simpler. Having in mind that “less is more” today the common design is with softer and simpler colors, less boxed in look and with strong colors only on the parts that need to draw attention. This way the emphasis is on the content of the page and not on the design itself. Other standards used regularly are the so called web 2.0 standards. A term that met the eye in 2004, this is not a completely different web standard but a modification giving the end user more active role on the web page. Web 2.0 is making the web pages into a  collaborative medium a place where you can meet other users and writhe on the pages instead of only reading. This standard was the boom of the social networks sites, video sharing sites, blogs and many other interactive sites. Web 2.0 is the reason we now have Wikipedia as one of the first visited sites when searching for some information.

I would recommend that you find your own Chicago web design specialist to help you!
